| About Us |
| Since receiving foreclosure papers and filings, I have noticed the signatures of lawyers, notaries, and banking officials appear to vary. During my search to connect with other homeowners who have similar concerns, I felt this depository would be a useful way for all consumers who are fighting foreclosure to connect, share and compare signatures, pleadings, and transcripts referencing their personal foreclosure experiences. WhatSignature.com was created for consumers as a depository/filing database to contribute and/or compare pleadings, transcripts, and signatures of lawyers, notaries, and banking/lending employees during the consumer’s foreclosure experience. You may also find depositions posted as they become public in nature. This does not constitute that any signatures or documents submitted are false in nature, nor does it constitute that fraud or fabrication has occurred. That is up to the authorities and our judicial system to decide. Please read the Disclaimer. Although most, if not all, foreclosure cases are public records, this site allows consumers to share their information and/or documentation in one database location. Consumers also have the option of sharing any/all of their pleadings that have become part of the public records. You may also contribute any court reported transcripts for which you have concerning your specific hearing(s). Those who contribute, share, and/or access this information may also be those that are fighting to save their homes. It is advisable to secure legal representation. There is no blog section, no comment section, or any place to post your experience. There are other websites for that nature. However, there are links provided so you, the consumer, can connect with others for support. It is recommended, but not required, for those who are contributing their documents to allow the case number, county, state, and court judicial district to be viewable. This will assist others in other's research for their specific foreclosure case when or where necessary. However, you have the right to delete, cross out, redact, or hide any/all information on your documents, including your name(s) and loan number. It is highly recommended that you read the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. |
